  2. for duellists, the small flat weapon is

  6. user's EEG. NP weapons require          
  7. considerable skill for proper and       
  8. effective use. Adequate training and    
  9. practice are the only roads to such     
  10. effective use. RNA injection or Edmod   
  11. implanting are useless. During the Burma
  12. War, NP bombs caused considerable damage
  13. and were subsequently banned.

  15. NP weapon affects the neuronal myelin   
  16. sheath, disrupting nerve transmission.  
  17. Effects are temporary, depending on the 
  18. severity of the hit. They can last up to
  19. six months with the coup de grace hit, a
  20. short-range discharge into the frontal  
  21. lobes above the left eye. See Duelling.
